I go there often. Very good local food and foreign dishes. I recommend it to tourists all the time. Especially proud to know a Caymanian owns such a good restaurant. Very consistent, the staff is usually pleasant, the outside and inside parts of the restaurant are very simple but serves its purpose. It is very comfortable. Inside is more casual and outside is a little more fancy if you are looking to "go to dinner". Prices are very affordable. Def check it out!!

Hubby and I wanted to try some local island food... I tried the Caribbean style lobster curry and it the best! The service was great and the view was incredible! Best local food on the island.

We stayed at The Westin and ate at Alfresco several times. Great food - very nice service - nice setting, especially at night.

This is my family's favorite restaurant in Grand Cayman. We love the pizza, seafood, and pasta dishes. The outside atmosphere is great in the evenings and we love to be able to sit outside and hear the ocean. The owners and staff are amazing and offer excellent customer service.

We have gone to this restaurant the last 4 years we have visited Cayman and it is our favorite on the west side. The food is local, made from scratch, and super tasty! We were at Alfresco for Mothers day and there were so many great specials that we could not decide what to pick....the owner made us up a sample platter with all of them for us to share and we were in heaven. It was the best Mothers day dinner ever and I cannot wait until next year to go back.

I've eaten pizza here on numerous occasions and it's always spot on. My friends and I have never been anything but satisfied with the food. If it's busy, you may need a little patience - but hey, it's the Caribbean!

Alfresco is a bit of a drive from your 7 Mile Beach hotel but it's worth it. This is a local place and it took a bit for the servers to warm up to us. I asked the chef if he would make me the red snapper "Island style" which was recommended to us by our scuba divemaster. It was fantastic, see if he'll do the same for you.
