Seymour's Jerk Centre

Seymour's, well known in Cayman, is run by Seymour Silburn who has been serving his authentic Jerk chicken and pork for over 30 years now. He seasons and marinates the meat with a secret recipe which has made it absolutely delicious. He then slowly cooks it over a charcoal grill which also smokes the meat at the same time.

You must try his Jerk chicken or Pork before the end of your holiday. In July 2014 Seymour's Jerk Centre had to close its operations  on Shedden Road. Later that year, Seymour's reopened at a new location right on the waterfront on George Town's busy harbour on South Church street. Later in 2015, Seymour's moved again and is now operating from Cayman Cabana on Friday and Saturday every week.
