Conscious Cafe
Conscious Café is the home of Saucha, who since 2013 have been delivering delicious locally sourced, vegan meals to Cayman's residents. In 2018 they opened Conscious Café in the innovative Art Nest Creative Studio, near the airport. With its convenient location and plentiful parking, their consciously crafted menu uses local, organic, non-gmo and clean 15 ingredients.
There is kombucha on tap, house ferments, and daily specials, and this menu will keep you happy and healthy! It's 95% herbivore and 5% omnivore.
